Equipment Rental Policy

All rental equipment remains the property of Crown Events Rentals & Services. Rental periods, delivery, and collection windows are confirmed in writing with each quote. The client is responsible for the equipment from delivery until collection and should keep items protected from damage and theft.

• Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose.
• Setup and breakdown are performed by Crown unless otherwise agreed.
• Significant damage, loss, or missing items may incur repair or replacement charges.

Payment Policy

Crown quotes per event. A deposit is required to reserve your equipment and event date, with the balance due before delivery. Accepted payment methods are confirmed with your quote. Quotes are valid for the period stated and subject to availability.

Cancellations & Changes

Plans change — we understand. Cancellation and change terms, including any deposit handling, are outlined in your quote confirmation. Contact us as early as possible so we can accommodate adjustments to your order.

Sponsorship Criteria & Requests

Crown is proud to support community events across the Cayman Islands. Sponsorship and donation requests are reviewed case by case. To submit a request, email rentals@crownevents.ky with your organisation, event details, date, and the support you're seeking.
